Pride Month Book Club Meeting The Sparrow House June 16, 4:00 - 5:00 p.m.
Meet with SRS parent Quincy Carpenter, as well as Zoe Feinberg, president of the Gender and Sexuality Alliance at Strath Haven High School, to share your stories, discuss the book, make a rainbow-themed craft, and learn more about how our community can accept and support each other. No pressure to read the book ahead of time!
The Gender and Sexuality Alliance is a safe space for LGBTQ+ students and their allies to relax and have fun without fear of judgement or discrimination. We have in-depth conversations about current issues facing the LGBTQ+ community and strive to create a welcoming environment where students can be honest about their emotions.
